You’re 4 weeks into your new habit. Time to assess your progress!
1) Reflect on the Positive Changes: Think about the good things that have happened since starting your new habit. Notice how you feel, any improvements in your mood or energy levels, and celebrate the positive impacts on your life.
2) Consider Adjustments for Sustainability: How does your habit fit into your routine and daily life? Consider making small adjustments, like changing the time or duration, to ensure your habit is realistic and sustainable in the long run. It’s all about finding a balance that works for you.
