Tracking progress is important to ensuring your new habit sticks. Here a couple of tips to make it easier.

2) Celebrate Small Victories: Take a moment to cheer for yourself when you achieve small milestones in your new habit. Whether it’s sticking to your routine for a week or making incremental progress, acknowledging these victories boosts your motivation and reinforces the positive changes you’re making.
