Day 14 - Track Progress

“What you measure, you manage; what you manage, you improve.”

Tracking progress is important to ensuring your new habit sticks. Here a couple of tips to make it easier.

1) Keep a Log: Keep a simple daily log of your habit by jotting down what you did each day or use a simple checklist to check off your progress as you complete your tasks. This helps you see how far you’ve come and where you might need to adjust.

2) Celebrate Small Victories: Take a moment to cheer for yourself when you achieve small milestones in your new habit. Whether it’s sticking to your routine for a week or making incremental progress, acknowledging these victories boosts your motivation and reinforces the positive changes you’re making. Small celebrations can go a long way in keeping you on track and motivated!
