Day 1 - New Year, New You?
Ready to begin with your new habit or goal? First you need to define it!
1) Define your habit/goal – What is it you want to achieve? (e.g. working out, losing weight, reading, getting more clients, earning more income)
2) Make it specific and achievable – Setting yourself up for success means setting a realistic goal you can achieve. If you don’t currently work out and want to start, making you goal to run a marathon this month isn’t realistic. A better goal is to move your body for 20-30 minutes a day.
